Ingredients
- 1 pound and 6 ounces of spinach
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Butter
- Grating of nutmeg
- Tiny squeeze of lemon juice
- A wine glass of heavy cream
- A handful of grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Put all ingredients in an oven-safe dish and mix.
- Place in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, until just colored on top.
